Eliza Głowacka – Permanent Makeup & Skin Specialist

Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee/deposit of £50 is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Late Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the loss of the full deposit. Failure to attend your appointment (“no show”) will also result in the loss of the deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment cancelled or shortened depending on the schedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Consultations & Medical Information

A consultation is mandatory before treatment. Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy, recent treatments, or any contraindications during the consultation process. Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in the treatment being refused and the deposit being lost for safety reasons.

Patch Testing

Certain treatments require a patch test in line with UK legal and insurance requirements. Patch tests must be completed within the advised timeframe before the appointment. If a required patch test has not been carried out, the treatment cannot proceed and the deposit may be forfeited.

Before & After Photographs

Before and after photographs are required for treatment records, monitoring progress, and insurance purposes. These photographs are primarily taken for professional reference and client progress tracking. Client confidentiality and privacy will always be respected.

Permanent Makeup (Powder Brows)

A £50 deposit is also required for all permanent makeup appointments. A perfecting/top-up session is recommended approximately 6–8 weeks after the initial procedure. If the client does not attend their top-up appointment within the recommended 6–8 week period, the appointment will be classed as a colour refresh/maintenance session and charged accordingly. Any top-up appointment booked later than 8 weeks after the initial procedure will be charged as a refresher appointment at a fixed cost of £150.

Results & Healing

Results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, medications, and healing response. Clients are responsible for following the correct aftercare advice provided after treatment. Eliza Głowacka cannot guarantee identical healed results due to individual healing differences.

Right to Refuse Treatment

Eliza Głowacka reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe, contraindications are present, the client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or inappropriate behaviour is displayed.
